Job Responsibility

  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
  • Support the IT team in maintaining network systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems and applications.
  • Help monitor and respond to technical support requests and service tickets.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Support data backup and recovery processes.
  • Conduct research on new technologies or solutions as assigned.
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in system testing and software updates.
  • Ensure adherence to company IT policies and data security standards.
  • Provide general technical support to staff across departments.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelorâs Degree students in Information Technology.
  • Possess a minimum CGPA 3.0 or its equivalent
  • A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to be relocated and outstation will be an added advantage
