Job Responsibility
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Support the IT team in maintaining network systems and IT infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems and applications.
- Help monitor and respond to technical support requests and service tickets.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Support data backup and recovery processes.
- Conduct research on new technologies or solutions as assigned.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in system testing and software updates.
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and data security standards.
- Provide general technical support to staff across departments.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
- Diploma/Bachelorâs Degree students in Information Technology.
- Possess a minimum CGPA 3.0 or its equivalent
- A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be relocated and outstation will be an added advantage
