Job Responsibility
- Assist with Tenancy Documentation  \
- Help prepare, organize, and update tenancy agreements and related documents.
- Maintain proper tenant records and filing systems.
- Administrative Support
- Perform data entry, scanning, and filing tasks.
- Assist in preparing simple leasing reports and summaries.
- Support the Leasing Team
- Help coordinate appointments or site viewings.
- Follow up with tenants on basic inquiries or document submission.
- 4. General Office Assistance
- Provide day-to-day support for leasing operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments when necessary.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related field.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Willingness to learn, responsible and able to work as a team.
