Job Responsibility

  • Rotate across teams: training, program design, marketing, and client servicing
  • Co-facilitate live training sessions with senior trainers
  • Assist in developing engaging training materials and content
  • Participate in client meetings and understand business needs
  • Contribute to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) programs and initiatives
  • Learn and apply business skills like data analysis, presentations, and project management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in a people-focused field (e.g., Business, Communications, Education, Psychology, etc.)
  • Open to interns, fresh graduates, or early career professionals
  • Strong communication skills and a love for learning
  • Creative, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Interest in ESG and social impact
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and social media is a plus
