Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma & Degree or equivalent, must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Minimum 4 months internship duration

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing Assist with recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing documents and organizing files and add hoc task.
  • Help conduct background checks and verify candidate information.
  • Manage employee records, update HR databases, and assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events or wellness programs.
