Responsibilities;

  • To record, prepare and do filing information in individual customer file and to ensure all files are up to date.
  • Attend new purchaser or potential buyers who want to know about the company products and will liaise with agents if customer interested to buy.
  • To maintain and develop relationship with existing customers.
  • Prepare document for purchasers who had made an appointment for handover key or key taken.
  • Send excess payment form that complete filled up and signed by purchasers via email.
  • Follow up with purchaser to pay progressive payment.
  • Coordinate with solicitor for SPA relevant matters and maintain records accordingly.
  • Follow up with lawyer, purchaser, sales team and financier till the execution of SPA closely.
  • Follow up with relevant authorities / agencies on query process and loan approval.
  • Maintain proper filing of records in accordance to ISO Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and to provide support to the ISO QMS for its effectiveness.
  • Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.

Requirements;

  • At least Degree in Marketing / Business Administrations or Equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in similar position or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in IFCA system would be added advantage.
