Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Student currently studying Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or technical content with focus on computing and/or information technology.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Gain knowledge on approaches for service management in large companies.
- Direct involvement in handling single issues to learn about tools and day to day business.
- Involvement in change management to learn about tools and execution.
- Participation in ongoing activities in run-the-business and grow-the-business activities. Accompany different phases of planning and execution.
- Work on smaller work packages in agile environment including documentation and assessment by Scrum Master or application owner.
