Job Description
Primarily responsible for carrying out all operational activities associated to sea freight and responsible for permit application related to all other government agencies in a timely, economical, correct and professional manner.
Primarily responsible for carrying out all operational activities associated to sea freight and responsible for permit application related to all other government agencies in a timely, economical, correct and professional manner.
- Carry out accuracy and timely preparation and processing of all customs/permit documentations.
- Coordinate all Haulage and transportation requirements and ensure the vendors adhere to GAC instructions and schedules.
- Coordinate all other operational and documentation requirements and ensure the operational runners carry out their job in an efficient, effective and economical manner.
- Update KPI Job Record on daily basis.
- To escalate any operational issues to line manager.
- To be contactable at all times., To be available has and when required.
- Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma- Supply Chain/ Logistics or equivalent
- CGPA 3.00 and above
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess own transport (to & fro work, our office location is accessible via LRT too)
