Technical Supervisor (Experience in Software & Hardware)

We are seeking a highly-skilled, professional technical supervisor to join our team. In this position, you will assist our Technical Director to oversee technical matters and manage our technical support team. You will work collaboratively with clients, the development team, operational support staff, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of all projects in an efficient, timely manner.

Responsibilities

• To be highly knowledgeable and technically proficient in company systems.
• Ensure compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (Installations, Maintenance & Repairs, etc.) for Technical Team.
• Provide training and guidance for all members of the team in Installations, Maintenance & Repairs, and Updating company systems.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and inspiration, to Technical Team, whilst identifying strengths and weaknesses of team personnel and suitably making changes when necessary.
• Co-ordinate and execute projects efficiently whilst prioritizing resources , and keeping all relevant people updated on progress and changes.
• Understand and implement compliance documentation and regulatory directives, and ensure all procedures are documented for reference.
• Report regularly on key aspects of the Technical Team, in accordance with routine and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Provide relevant technical information to Operations staff to enable proper operation and maintenance of company systems.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Cert, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in handling software, hardware, and technology.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
