Education required: BS degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Accounting & Finance discipline with a focus in management accounting, costing, and financial analysis.
Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a MY university for the duration of your studies / Credit-bearing internship is preferred (MY)
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Internship period: Between Feb 2026 to Sept 2026 (Minimum 6 months)

What will you do?
As part of our Shared Services Finance team, you’ll gain exposure to both technical and business-facing aspects of management accounting:
- Be part of monthly accounting close processes for manufacturing sites, including journal entries, operating expense analysis, purchase price variance calculations, and reconciliations.
- Perform costing and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the preparation of financial statements for small and low-materiality markets.
- Contribute to internal and external audit readiness.
- Assist in annual standard setting and product costing processes.
- Participate in global transformation projects, including process improvements, digital automation, and standardization initiatives.
- Global Exposure – Collaborate with finance teams across APAC and other global hubs, experiencing how international businesses operate.
- Hands-On Tools – Learn SAP, Power BI, and other digital finance solutions used by top multinational companies.
- Mentorship & Development – Receive coaching from qualified Chartered Accountants (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW) and finance leaders.
