INTERNSHIP - Marketing/Multimedia/Administration

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
-Assist in managing office operations, including maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
-Perform general administrative duties such as documentation, filing, validation and data entry.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to operations and processes.
-Assist in creating and updating product listings on e-commerce platform. This includes adding products descriptions, images, prices and ensuring accurate categorization.
-Packing & coordinate with shipping carriers and the fulfilment team to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
-To contribute new ideas for coming new launch or marketing activities
-To plan, execute and support creative team to create contents, creative ideas and photoshoot which is applicable across all digital platform (website and social medias)
-Any other tasks assign from time to time by supervisor.
Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-Organized and detailed-oriented person
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
-Preferably with own transport and able to work in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
