Internship - Multimedia / AV (Location - Damansara, Selangor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Department in compiling and organizing equipment lists for various projects.
• Gain exposure to a wide range of Audio-Visual (AV) equipment from multiple brands.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing documents, updating records, and preparing reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic sales-related support when required.
• Participate in team meetings, providing input on sales and operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Audio-Visual technology and willingness to learn about different AV brands and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with IT tools and software.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
