  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel will be added advantage.
  • New graduate or with working experience of at least 2 years in the related field are welcome to apply.
  • Write Purchase Order from Sales Representatives or Customers via phone, fax, whatsapp or email.
  • Do invoicing according to the Purchase Order checked by the Pharmacists.
  • Filing of all related documents.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries via phone or whatsapp.
  • Data entry or assist with stock incoming or outgoing process if necessary
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel on inventory matters.
