Tanggungjawab Utama
- Membantu dalam tugas-tugas pentadbiran dan operasi harian.
- Sediakan dan kemas kini dokumen perniagaan, laporan dan pembentangan.
- Menyokong kemasukan data, pengurusan rekod, dan sistem pemfailan.
- Membantu dalam menjadualkan mesyuarat, menyelaraskan acara dan mengurus kalendar.
- Menjalankan penyelidikan asas dan menyusun maklumat untuk projek.
- Membantu dalam menjejak dan memantau penunjuk prestasi perniagaan.
- Berhubung dengan pasukan dalaman untuk memastikan komunikasi dan aliran kerja lancar.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia.
- Sedang mengikuti Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pengurusan, atau bidang berkaitan.
- Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bersemangat untuk belajar, proaktif dan mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran pasukan.
- Keupayaan untuk mengendalikan maklumat sulit dengan profesionalisme.
