IT Applications Engineer

Job Descriptions

• The ideal candidate will possess the experience, skills, diligence, savvy, and desire to deliver cross-functional systems solutions, development and integration and application capability within an Epicor manufacturing business environment.
• Proficient in application administration and maintenance, as well as supporting enhancements to the ERP applications and their related integrations.
• Able to work with functional business process owners and other technical team members for a given requirement or process.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience with an ERP system (Epicor 10) and MS SQL. Preferred Epicor Experience.
• Experience in application implementation including design, build, test, and deployment.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and SSRS including administration, report design, Dashboards, Screen Customization and in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Familiar with and able to use the Data Migration Tool (DMT).
• Good written and verbal communication skills / ability to discuss technical objectives to non-technical user community.
• Team player with good interpersonal/customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-starter, ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of processes and their dependencies within an ERP application.
• Willing to learn and takes initiative.
