Using a wide range of different technologies, the Competence Center ensures Continental’s Sales, Logistics and Finance organizations stay on the leading edge of all things digital. From managing service requests to developing the latest solutions and systems, we are the tech foundation of these organizations.

Main Tasks:

• Own and manage the end-to-end RPA service lifecycle for UIPath, Power Automate or similiar applications
• Act as the primary point of contact for all RPA service-related matters.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots.
• Maintain and monitor existing automations for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Document solutions and provide training/support as needed.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of automation infrastructure, delivery processes, and support models.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• University degree in computer science or economics or equivalent qualification
• Business Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Interest in new technologies towards digitalization
• Very efficient, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to cooperate with globally distributed teams
• Highly self-motivated, assertive and skilled at resolving conflict as well as high customer service orientation
• Willingness for occasional national and international business trips
