EluxOne is the strategic ERP solution of the Electrolux Group, utilizing SAP and integrated applications such as ECC, EWM, BW, OTM, B2B, B2C, and C4C, and is deployed across the Commercial Areas across APMEA region.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP Manager – Finance & Controlling (FICO) to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance solutions across our business. In addition to driving core SAP FICO and Banking processes, this role also oversees the enterprise’s Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) landscape—managing IBM TM1 and supporting the strategic transition to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor with deep cross-functional SAP expertise and a strong understanding of financial planning technologies. The position will be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia or Bangkok, Thailand.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP Manager – Finance & Controlling (FICO) to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance solutions across our business. What you’ll do:
Core SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) Leadership
- Analyse and optimize core finance, controlling, and treasury processes to drive operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and enhance end-to-end visibility.
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP FICO modules i.e., GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CO-PC, CO-PA, Treasury, and Banking across APMEA, ensuring solutions are both locally compliant and globally aligned.
- Serve as the regional owner of SAP FICO deployments, driving solution design, configuration, testing, and cutover activities in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Manage a small team of SAP FICO experts, define objectives, development plans and scope of their work
- Lead the team based on company culture and core values, coach team members to help them grow in their respective roles and provide direction by applying company strategy
- Manage the enterprise-wide FP&A platform using IBM TM1, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes.
- Support the strategic transition from TM1 to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, data migration, and user enablement.
- Ensure the planning and analytics ecosystem delivers high-quality, actionable insights to finance and business stakeholders.
- Provide expert-level (L3) support to country finance teams and Finance Shared Services for incident resolution, system updates, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively drive improvements to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure seamless integration of Finance with key business processes such as PTP, OTC, MM, PP, and VIM Solutions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to deliver fully integrated solutions that improve process efficiency and decision-making.
- Maintain strong internal controls, data integrity, and compliance with global finance and IT standards.
- Actively partner with the Global Finance Solutions team to align regional implementations with enterprise-wide standards and best practices.
- Share APMEA-specific solutions and lessons learned and proactively adopt proven solutions from Europe and other regions to accelerate innovation and drive consistency.
- Bring global insights to enhance solution quality and deliver value/efficiency to the business through globally informed, regionally adapted solutions.
- Work closely with senior finance stakeholders, Finance Controllers, and Shared Services teams to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.
- Act as the strategic liaison between business and IT, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring business satisfaction with delivered solutions.
- Oversee external implementation partners and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions in line with defined project timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement and manage change through structured governance, robust documentation, and active risk mitigation.
- Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support across Finance & Controlling with good integration knowledge to key business areas such as sales, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operational reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO with good knowledge of financial accounting.
- Experience in country tax solutions such as e-invoice, DART etc., is highly desirable and may be a key differentiator.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical teams to design interfaces with legacy systems. Basic knowledge of ABAP is an asset.
- Solid understanding of master data setup in ECC environment.
- Experience working with BI/BW teams to enable effective business and management reporting.
- Experience or exposure to Financial Planning process (S&OP) is highly desirable
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with global solutions.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong vendor management skills, ability to manage 2-4 resources across different locations
- Hiring level will strictly be based on experience and skills.
- CA / CPA with deep accounting knowledge is a must
- 14+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO including solution design, deployment, and support
- Minimum 5 years managing FICO area as a manager or Solution Architect that includes integrations
- Minimum 3 lifecycle implementation of SAP ECC FI&CO module with exposure of template rollout projects
- Solid understanding of SAP integration with logistics, sales, procurement, and manufacturing modules
- Experience with global or multi-regional SAP rollouts, preferably within the APMEA region
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, compliance requirements, and internal controls
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across business and IT
- Experience coordinating external vendors and global delivery teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience/knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and Central Finance
- Experience/knowledge of Financial Planning process
- Worked with Service Now for Incident Management, Project management
