Job Descriptions
- Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Basic diagnosing and resolving hardware & software issue.
- Supporting operating systems: Deployment Microsoft Windows.
- Helpdesk Support: Raise ticketing system via ServiceNow.
- Installation & Configuration: Setting up computers, peripherals, printers, mobile devices, etc.
- User Account Management: Handle on-boarding & off-boarding users.
- Asset & Inventory Management: Keeping track of IT assets like laptops, desktops, monitors, and IT accessories.
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written.
