Job Summary
We are seeking a Resident Engineer – IT Helpdesk Support to provide technical support and maintenance for end-user office IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. This role requires proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support Chinese-speaking users.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, or candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
i. Technical Support & Maintenance:
- Provide 1st level IT support for office users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Support and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office peripherals.
- Assist in network and WiFi troubleshooting, ensuring stable connectivity.
- Manage antivirus updates and security patches for endpoint protection.
- Support phone systems, CCTV, and door access control systems.
- Assist the IT Manager in planning and executing IT-related projects, such as system migration, software updates, and hardware upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT maintenance, procurement, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping of IT equipment.
- Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles for common IT issues
