- 為辦公室使用者提供一級 IT 支持，包括解決硬體和軟體問題。
- 支援和維護個人電腦、筆記型電腦、印表機、掃描器和其他辦公室週邊設備。
- 協助解決網路和 WiFi 問題，確保穩定的連線。
- 管理端點保護的防毒更新和安全性修補程式。
- 支援電話系統、閉路電視和門禁系統。
- 協助IT經理規劃和執行IT相關項目，例如係統遷移、軟體更新和硬體升級。
- 與供應商和服務提供者協調 IT 維護、採購和故障排除。
- 維護 IT 資產清單並確保準確記錄 IT 設備。
- 記錄故障排除步驟並針對常見 IT 問題建立知識庫文章
