How will you benefit?

Gain a Holistic Understanding Of The Operations In The Information Technology Dept By Supporting Day-to-day IT Operations And Work On Digital Transformations Projects, Including

• Provide 1st level IT support by identifying, resolving and escalating the technical issues to ensure the service commitment is met and problems are solved.
• Hands-on review and update IT tasks, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows OS, software application, antivirus and others.
• Handle the support and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, such as PC, laptop, printers, wi-fi, networks and IT peripherals.
• Learn about the world of work and experience first-hand what it’s like to work in an office, interact with supervisors and colleagues, and handle internal customers.
• Internship allowance of RM 1,000 per month.
  
  

This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in Windows OS, software/applications, PC hardware, IT peripherals and network topology (LAN and WAN).
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and BM.
• Proactive and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
• Able to work independently and is a good team player.
• Have own transport and willing to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
