Position Overview

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Intern to join our GBS IT team! Your responsibilities as an It Service Desk Intern include supporting the day-to-day technical operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support for various IT systems, applications, and assets.
• Aid in the registration processes, categorization, and execution of user requests, while ensuring control of request execution.
• Support the development of documentation processes to streamline IT operations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of IT processes &amp procedures.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Interns who can commit to a minimum 6-month internship are highly preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High sense of responsibility and analytical thinking
• Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills
  
  

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any IT field
