This role involves providing IT technical support, conducting system health checks, participating in project implementation activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. A background in IT support within medical devices, particularly with PACS systems and knowledge of Microsoft products, is highly valued.

What You'll Do
- Provide IT technical support for existing installations both remotely and on-site.
- Conduct system health checks at specified intervals.
- Review post-implementation sites for maintenance contract proposals and billing.
- Assist in system implementation activities for new and upgraded systems.
- Communicate effectively to improve company processes and ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery to clients.
- Actively travel cross states to client location for IT Hardware support
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT Technical Support, particularly with Windows OS, Microsoft Applications, remote desktop, and IT hardware deployment & configuration.
- Experience with PACS system, EIZO, and Computed Radiography highly advantageous.
- Strong technical support skills with Microsoft products.
- Independent, accountable, with a positive and persuasive attitude.
- Willingness to travel (60%), having own transport is highly desirable.
