- Providing IT service and technical support to business users via tickets and phone calls
- Dispatching
- Communication with business users
- Cross-organizational collaboration and communication within the support organization
- Basic Technical responsibility for one or more technical domains
- 1st level support for Microsoft application and Services
- Handling both Incidents and Request from all users
- Trigger functional escalations.
- Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration within the support organization
- Providing remote support assistance
- Administrative support
- Ensuring timely service delivery and solution to our users
- Fluent in Mandarin and English both in written and spoken
