ITAM & Vendor Management Specialist I

The ITAM & Vendor Management Specialist I works within the established policies and procedures, focusing on existing technology and processes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with vendor onboarding, monitoring vendor performance, and executing remediation actions when necessary. As an

ITAM & Vendor Management Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient management of technology assets and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Flexera Contract Management Analysis:
• Support the IT Asset Vendor Management team in managing contracts using the Flexera Contract Management tool.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing contract terms, conditions, and renewal dates.
• Help maintain an up-to-date and accurate contract repository.
• QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Score Card Data
• Assist in creating the QBR schedule and scorecard
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data for QBR scorecard
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data collection
• Audit and Compliance Monitoring:
• Assist in monitoring vendor compliance with contractual obligations and licensing agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to software license agreements and compliance requirements.
• Help prepare for vendor audits by gathering necessary documentation and conducting internal audits.
• Maintain support policies, documentation, and help with communication plans
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• May required to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global team
• Strong organizational skills, very detail oriented
• Comfortable working independently as part of Global Team
• Must be willing in hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of IT Procurement tools, software installation and standard IT operating procedures is beneficial
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills along with strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of IT system architectures on-premises and cloud based solutions
• Knowledge of information security and risk management
