The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual ready to manage the Accounts Payable (AP) spectrum with precision and a meticulous eye for detail. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of accounting operations, providing support across various entities. The Role

• Supporting AP function including organizing supplier invoices, routing invoices for approval, matching against purchase orders, credit applications & uploading invoices to the system
• Account payable function (VIM) in SAP PCESupporting Bank reconciliation and posting Bank transactions to the General Ledger
• Support Accountant and Head of Accountant depending on the region with specific tasks as and when required
• Support the ADB Safegate ASIA/MEA/ EUR/ANZ Team during the month end close, year end close and audit processes
• Support process enhancement efforts
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

The Talent We Inspire Has

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AP / AR or General Accounting
• Construction, Contract / Project Work industry experience preferred, but not essential
• Experience in MNC exposure is an added advantage
• Have good knowledge and grip accounting policy (IFRS)
• Degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 Year of working experience in audit / accounting fiel
• Professional qualification from recognized body (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW etc) is an added advantage
• MS Excel
• MS Office
• MS Outlook
• SAP/S4H is highly recommended
• Fluent in English
