Job Details
- Your role is to assist senior management of On Site Services Sdn Bhd in various administrative and operational tasks within the NADI set-up.
- Your focus nevertheless will be the following :
- To conduct a Needs Analysis of training needs for Managers and Assistant Managers of NADI
- Responsible for supporting in the development and delivery of training programs for NADI Manager and Assistant Managers.
- Assisting in compiling training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing feedback to participants.
- Creating e-learning programmes for the Managers and Assistant Managers of NADI
- Create an e-library on all training materials for NADI
- Develop Character Building Camps for Nadi’s Managers and Assistant Managers
- Any other Junior Executive roles as instructed by the Management of On Site Services specifically for the development of NADI human resources
