Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for all matters pertaining to Human Resource and admin Department.
- Assisting and manage annual, sick and unpaid leave balances
- Assisting of payroll, issuance of pay slips by using company provided system.
- Assisting in processing employee income tax
- Monitoring staff attendance, computing subsequent deductions.
- In charge of recruitment: job advertisement, interview process, drafting contracts, conducting induction for all new staff.
- Assisting staff issues: counselling and disciplining employees.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Maintain records and concerning personnel- related data such as hires, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
- In charge of conducting periodical staff performance appraisals.
- Faithfully and diligently carry out the duties and responsibilities that is assigned to you from time to time by management.
- Ad hoc tasks as required by management
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
- Experience in payroll is an added advantage
- Well organised with high sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Quickpay
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
- Understanding or employment laws and regulations
- Experience in admin task is an added advantage
