Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to Human Resource and admin Department.
  • Assisting and manage annual, sick and unpaid leave balances
  • Assisting of payroll, issuance of pay slips by using company provided system.
  • Assisting in processing employee income tax
  • Monitoring staff attendance, computing subsequent deductions.
  • In charge of recruitment: job advertisement, interview process, drafting contracts, conducting induction for all new staff.
  • Assisting staff issues: counselling and disciplining employees.
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Maintain records and concerning personnel- related data such as hires, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • In charge of conducting periodical staff performance appraisals.
  • Faithfully and diligently carry out the duties and responsibilities that is assigned to you from time to time by management.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by management



Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
  • Experience in payroll is an added advantage
  • Well organised with high sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Quickpay
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
  • Understanding or employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in admin task is an added advantage
