Job description
1. Deliver documents and packages to Immigrations and government enforcement agencies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
2. Assists the management in preparing the Foreign Workers documents as requested.
3. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as requested.
4. Assist in bank transactions, government office visits, and other tasks that require external runs.
5. Perform various errands, such as picking up office supplies, documents, or other requested items from vendors or clients.
6. Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and replenished as needed such as stationery and pantry items.
7. Assist with event preparations and provide support during office functions.
8. Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned by the office manager or other senior staff.
Key Requirements:-
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Holder.
2. Preferably a minimum 1 years of working experiences in similar field.
3. Candidate must have good knowledge in using Microsoft Software.
4. Must be familiar with the responsibilities.
5. Urgent hiring and must be able to start within 1 week.
6. Candidate must have his own transportation, preferably Motorbike and valid license.
