### *Key Responsibilities*

  • Document Control : Manage, file, and distribute all project documents (drawings, contracts, permits, submittals).
  • Communication Hub : Answer phones, manage project emails, and serve as the main point of contact for the site office.
  • Logs & Tracking : Maintain critical logs for Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Meeting Support : Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to the team.
  • Procurement Support : Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Timekeeping : Collect and process field employees' timesheets for payroll.
  • Safety Admin : Maintain safety records and meeting minutes.
  • Project Closeout : Assist in compiling warranties, manuals, and as-built documents for the client.


### *Essential Skills*

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
