Job Summary

• Process and raw material usage Optimization, New products industrialization, existing products process improvement, conduct process audits.
• Contribute to industrialize new products, to improve current processes / products and raw material usage.
  
  

Job Duties

• To conduct various projects designed to industrialize new products, improve current manufacturing process and products, optimize raw material usage, including validation of more cost effective raw materials .
• Assist Process manager in maintaining and updating standard group documents : ISO 9001 documents, process books….
• To assist manufacturing lines in defect troubleshooting, to analyze manufacturing parameters interaction / impact on process deviations ( root cause analysis )
• To be able to Conduct laboratory / manufacturing lines experiments / products testing following existing protocols. Ability to Compile data , to analyse test results, to draw a sound and logical conclusion, to properly document and share experiments and conclusions .
• To keep up with the latest developments in latex dip technology and gloves manufacturing, to be able to meet with new/ alternative raw materials or new technologies suppliers and analyze their offer.
• To be aware of personal responsibility with regards to safety, health, environment when carrying on his/ her duty, to report any unsafe conditions / acts, to always consider safety rules prior to conduct any unusual experiment
• To keep up with the latest developments in latex dip technology and gloves manufacturing, to be able to meet with new/ alternative raw materials or new technologies suppliers and analyze their offer.
• Develop new methods and be able to set the procedure for the tests and trials necessary on his own.
• To be autonomous in experiments design to self reach problem solution
• Implement parameters modifications or equipment adaptation to get expected results.
• Contribute to the common tasks of the laboratory and is in charge of equipments,
• Make a synthesis of the results.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Chemistry or/and Industrial Engineering Diploma holder
• Knowledge in chemistry and/or polymer, and/or formulation and /or rubber /plastic technology .
• Proficient in English
• Computer literate
