Junior Quality Engineer 初级质量工程师 (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly in electronics, and be proficient in Mandarin. The role requires flexibility and the ability to travel as needed by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality issues, including corrective actions and RMA concerns.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to investigate rejects and implement corrective actions to reduce customer rejections and field returns.
• Chair MRB meetings to address non-conforming materials and products.
• Monitor and report on product quality performance.
• Lead internal meetings focused on product quality improvement.
• Develop quality standards that meet customer expectations and act as a liaison between the plant and customers to ensure standards are met or exceeded.
• Travel for site visits, inspections, and other business needs as required.

Requirements:

• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Required skill(s): 8D Methodology, FMEA, SPC, MS Office.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field are required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Preferably candidates specializing in Quality control/ Assurance or equivalent.
