Focused on writing clean Rails code and mastering databases (Postgresql/Redis). Work under guidance to deliver small features while improving testing and debugging skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend features under guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and debug issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Assist in database management (PostgreSQL, Redis).
Requirements
- 0–2 years of backend development experience.
- Basic understanding of Ruby on Rails (or strong OOP fundamentals + eagerness to learn Rails).
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL) and REST APIs.
- Ability to write clean, testable code (can explain basic testing principles).
