(Junior / Senior) Barista / Service Crew

About the role

We are seeking a motivated (Junior / Senior) Barista / Service Crew to join our team at NOTA | Cafe Restaurant. We are currently running two outlets (Kota Kemuning & Setia Alam), in which both have vacancy at the moment. As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing a variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to the highest standards
• Interacting with customers, taking orders, and providing friendly and efficient table service
• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and dining area
• Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food items
• Participating in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Contributing to a positive team environment and providing excellent customer experiences

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to prepare a variety of coffee-based drinks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
