Tugas dan Tanggungjawab
- Membantu dan menyokong pihak atasan untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan dan sokongan selepas jualan termasuk pemasangan, pentauliahan, peningkatan, latihan pengguna, pembetulan dan penyelenggaraan pencegahan peralatan.
- Membantu dalam makmal untuk kerja penentukuran.
- bertanggungjawab untuk mendokumentasikan aktiviti perkhidmatan pelanggan.
- mengekalkan rekod pelanggan, dan menyediakan maklum balas pelanggan kepada pengurusan.
- Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa.
- Ijazah dalam Kejuruteraan Elektronik & Elektrikal/Mekanikal
- Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Pengetahuan Asas Pengawal Logik Boleh Aturcara (PLC) adalah kelebihan tambahan
- Kemahiran pembentangan/ tunjuk cara
- Sikap kerja yang positif
- Lulusan baru atau pengalaman 1 tahun dalam Bidang Kejuruteraan Elektronik & Elektrikal/Mekanikal
