Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients including,
- Parkson Corporation Sdn Bhd,
- Sogo (KL) Department Store Sdn Bhd,
- Robinson Malaysia,
- Gama,
- TFP Group,
- GCH Retail (M) Sdn Bhd,
- Everrise Group (East Malaysia),
- Coco Valley Sdn Bhd (Langkawi),
- Perniagaan Haji Ismail Group (Langkawi),
- Seibu TRX &
- Corporate clients to ensure the sales growth.
2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements such as customized products.
3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
4. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers promptly.
5. Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
6. Resolve any customer issues and problems and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
7. Play an integral part in generating new sales into long-lasting relationships.
8. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
9. Prepare yearly sales target, marketing & activity plan to achieve the sales goals.
10. Provide strong leadership to the sales team, setting clear objectives, and motivating team members to achieve sales targets.
11. Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
12. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.
13. Monitor the performance of the sales team against targets and KPIs.
14. Prepare regular reports and present sales performance data to senior management.
15. Continuously monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies as needed to remain competitive and meet changing customer demands.
