About The Job
Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and securing profitable growth with the assigned key customer accounts in the Service – Energy Division in line with the Southeast Asia Sales Company targets and objectives.
In this role, you will be based in Shah Alam, Malaysia and will manage an assigned key customer relationship, including formulating and driving a specific customer account strategy to encompass the complete long-term relationship between Alfa Laval and the customer.

About The Job

Job Description
- Sales and marketing of Alfa Laval spare parts and services to the Oil and Gas, Power Sector, Refinery, Machinery & Manufacturing, and Chemical industries
- Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services.
- Conduct Market and Customer analysis and mapping to define business potential and opportunities. Develop, implement, follow up local sales activities for/with relevant key account(s) or markets to meet growth targets and goals.
- Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions with already existing customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
- Plan and execute a systematic follow-up on all relevant steps in the KAM sales process to ensure that we capture all possible business.
- Develop value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up;
- Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree from recognized university, engineering related field (chemicals, mechanicals or other related field)
- Experience in similar role and has good local market knowledge and network with key stakeholders in the energy sector in Malaysia.
- Proven track record of over-achievement in your current or previous work capacity.
- Proactive, service minded, strong in customer care and take quick actions.
- Market experience in Oil & gas, Petrochemical and related industries will be an added advantage.
