Job Description
Are you a driven and detail-oriented professional with a passion for building lasting customer relationships? We're looking for a dynamic team player who thrives on helping clients succeed and is eager to grow both existing accounts and new business opportunities.
- Set and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players-metal roofers, steel fabricators, roof installers, and industrial contractors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by managing a portfolio of key accounts and staying ahead of market trends.
- Implement customer-focused sales actions while ensuring alignment with internal processes like forecasting, inventory planning, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate pre- and post-sales activities, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Project Sales Experience In The Building Materials Industry, With High Energy To Drive Sales. The Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid network within project sales for building materials, preferably from the steel and construction industry.
- Proven experience and product knowledge in steel or construction materials.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, collaborative mindset, bilingual proficiency, and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
- Willingness to travel as and when required to service Southern region.
