Job Responsibility

  • Sales for Agent & Wholesale (Convert new agents & serve existing agents)
  • Market the products and services of the Company to potential customers / agents / reseller / wholesaler
  • Find potential agents / sales rep
  • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
  • Execute activities/processes necessary in the facilitation of sales and after sales service.
  • Maintain a strict code of ethics and professionalism in service delivery.
  • Responsible for customer support and keep customers informed of new products, pricing and any relevant updates.
  • Packing and preparing client's order
  • Take care of client's account for ordering via WhatsApp and call
  • Create leads for new account and sales activity
  • Provide Quotation, Invoice, Delivery order for company
  • Generate reports / financial dashboard and others administrative task for entities

Job Requirements

  • Able to speak in both Bahasa Malaysia and English languages.
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in sales.
  • Have sales, account management encourage to apply.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a challenging environment and follow a flexible work schedule.
  • A dynamic, highly motivated and results-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills.
