Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & KOL Specialist:

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of personal care retail accounts, with a special emphasis on Watson and other key partners.â
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong strategic relationships with retailers, pop-up event organizers, and livestream platform representatives to maximize brand exposure.â
  • Provide high-level support by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.â

Sales, Merchandising, And Event Support

  • create and execute tailored merchandising strategies and in-store promotions.â
  • Organize and manage pop-up events and retail activations that showcase Hygrâs innovative products and brand story.â
  • Coordinate and oversee livestream shopping events, working closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance online customer engagement and sales.â
  • Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and promotional activities to secure profitable partnerships with key accounts.â

Market & Trend Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities within the personal care retail sector.â
  • Analyze the effectiveness of pop-up events and livestream channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance merchandising efforts and account strategies.â

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teamsâincluding sales, merchandising, marketing, and digital mediaâto ensure key accountsâ needs are met.â
  • Assist in preparing regular performance reports covering sales metrics, account developments, market trends, and the outcomes of pop-up and livestream events.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education is Secondary School or higher
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good Communication skill
