About This Role:

Reporting to the Leasing Manager, Retail Mall you will contribute to the overall success of our retail malls by engaging with potential tenants, executing the leasing processes to achieve the rental mall projections and ensure an exciting tenancy mix.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Leasing Manager, Retail Mall to develop and execute comprehensive tenancy mix strategies.
• Identify and engage potential tenants, managing the leasing process for new leases and renewals.
• Assist in negotiating lease agreements, rental terms, and contractual conditions with prospective tenants.
• Cultivate and maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships, ensuring an enhanced leasing experience.
• Collaborate with the Leasing Manager, Retail Mall to review and verify lease documents and management reports.
• Uphold professional standards within the Leasing team, contributing to the integrity of Leasing systems and reports.
• Support in preparing regular reports and forecasts to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Stay informed about market dynamics, consumer behaviour, industrial trends, and economic conditions affecting Leasing activities.
• Contribute insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize Leasing strategies, and make informed decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a leasing capacity within the retail industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Leasing Manager, Retail Mall to build a strong network of tenants.
• Bilingual proficiency in Malay or Mandarin and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
