Senior Manager – Learning & Organization Development

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for the overall talent management framework and learning strategies for IOIPG
• Evaluate individual and organizational learning and development needs in a structured manner
• Design and deliver effective learning and development interventions through a combination of e-learning and traditional learning methods to meet the organization's learning goals
• Drive and manage talent review process to identify and manage high potential employees to build a strong talent pipeline and successor readiness in the organization
• Implement succession planning and talent management plans by working closely with People & Culture Business Partners and Business Unit Heads
• Coordinate and implement an effective orientation program for new hires to ensure a high level of new hire onboarding experience and to assist new hire to better assimilate into the organization
• Ensure periodic review of quality and costs of training programs and vendors
• To lead and drive annual Voice of Employee Survey implementation for all entities in IOIPG by collaborating with People & Culture Business Partners
• Develop and maintain learning & organization development Standard Operating Procedure for IOIPG
• Effectively manage Human Resource Development Fund contribution and utilization for relevant entities in IOIPG
• To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or other persons designated by the Company
