Tasks & responsibilities
- give briefings about activity itinerary and important notes to group customers until the customers are passed to other department
- tour guide for site survey
- make preparation before overnight guests check-in & check-out such as arrange the housekeepers to tidy up the room in advance etc
- check the cleanliness of room and room facilities before overnight guests check-in
- manage administrative tasks and paperwork
