- Ensure timely renewal and new applications in alignment with the respective authority's requirements.
- Ensure timely renewal of road tax, insurance, bonded permits, and customs bond in alignment with the respective authority's requirements.
- Prepare PRs and POs, ensuring all are approved and filed accordingly.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from the operations team for cancellation, registration, transfer, etc.
- Coordinate with the company secretary for updated ROC documents for all entities and update the SharePoint folder.
- General Administration/Documentation
- File and update the admin master file.
- Handle travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for visitors.
- Manage job file handling for Iron Mountain.
- Arrange corporate gifts, banners, and T-shirts for staff as required.
- Maintain HQ office as needed.
- Manage courier services.
- A minimum of 3 years of specialized experience in administrative roles, focusing on licenses and interactions with government officials and agencies, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Possess at least a Diploma/Certification/Degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
