Job Responsibility

  • Provide service and customer support during fields visits or dispatches
  • Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • To perform monthly servicing according checklist
  • To service the lift and escalators assigned according to schedule
  • Follow all company filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendation/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers

Job Requirements

  • Qualification from SPM and above
  • Owns a motorcycle and B2 license
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Can speak in Bahasa Malaysia
  • Has own smartphone (able to support WhatsApp and Telegram applications)
  • Able to communicate well and follow instructions
  • Basic salary of RM1,700 and above, excluding allowances
  • Work location in Gombak/Ampang
