Job Responsibility

  • Handle incoming customer queries through live chat professionally and promptly.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Record customer interactions and feedback in the support system.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and communication skills.
  • 5 working days (Mon-Fri)

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English (Verbal and Written) is a must
  • Typing proficiency
  • Livechat support Experience is required
  • Experience in BPO industry is plus point
