What You’ll Do
- Support Sales Teams: Assist the team with processing sales orders, tracking client requirements, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate Daily Operations: Help keep track of inventory, product availability, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and smooth processes.
- Customer Relations: Assist in managing client queries, ensuring they are handled promptly and efficiently with a smile!
- Collaboration: Work with multiple teams across the business, ensuring that operations and sales are aligned to exceed client expectations.
- Data & Reporting: Help compile and maintain reports, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date for decision-making.
Who We’re Looking For
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Great Communication Skills: Whether on the phone, in meetings, or via email, you love talking to people and ensuring their needs are met.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You keep everything in order and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Quick Learner: You’re eager to pick up new skills, tools, and techniques to help you grow in the job.
- Problem Solver & Multi-tasker: Challenges? You take them head-on with a positive attitude and creative solutions.
- Team Player: You work well with others and thrive in a team environment where collaboration is key.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English & Malay: Known in all write and speak all 3 languages.
