Job Responsibility

  • Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms to promote products and engage with online audiences.
  • Plan and execute live stream content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and product launch schedules.
  • Demonstrate and present products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales during live streams.
  • Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of community.
  • Utilize social media marketing strategies to promote live streams and expand audience reach.
  • Analyze live stream performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future broadcasts for higher engagement and sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling promotional offers and incentives for live stream viewers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and live streaming technologies.
  • Ability to engage and interact with online audiences effectively.
  • Proficiency in product presentation and demonstration techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new e-commerce trends and technologies.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote products and drive sales during live streams.
