Live Stream Operations, Senior Manager, Data Driven (Chinese Speaker)

Operations Management:

● Coordinate live streaming schedules and manage live hosts to ensure punctuality, content accuracy, and audience engagement.

● Ensure high standards of client servicing by overseeing all client requests, addressing inquiries promptly, and aligning deliverables with expectations.

● Liaise with the JV partner from China to maintain a seamless flow of communication and cooperation.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

● Track, analyze, and report on live stream performance metrics to enhance audience engagement and optimize future sessions.

● Develop insights and recommendations based on live stream data to improve overall performance and client satisfaction.

● Collaborate with hosts and internal teams to implement data-driven improvements.

Scheduling & Coordination:

● Oversee the scheduling of live stream sessions, manage host assignments, and ensure consistent live streaming operations.

● Ensure timely updates on scheduling changes or operational adjustments, aligning with client and partner requirements.

Client Servicing:

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service.

● Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction with live stream services.

Team Leadership:
● Manage, mentor, and guide your social media team, including senior executives, content creators,

and live commerce hosts, to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
