RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports shipping instruction issuance to the factories.
- Follows up draft Form E with factories, Form E approval and receipt.
- Follows up Notice of Arrival document, checking of vessel arrival, updates via email/Inbound Report
- Triggers receipting process with Centralized Order Processing Logistics Team and with warehouse
- Assists on receipting issues resolution
- Daily filling of soft & hard documents for pre 5C and ISO
- Follows up to close manual pull outs
- Prepares draft documents: Invoice, Deliver Order, Manual PR
- Facilities local trucking support
- Follow up logistics rates
- Courier booking, Commercial Invoice/Packing List creation with DHL Express
- Assists on insurance surveyor and stock count meetings/requirements especially during peak workload time.
- Supports on pre-scrap activities
- Standby for Project/ Service (daily/ weekly) meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistic Management, Business or any related course
- 2 or more years of experience in related activities.
- Experience on complex problem solving both on the physical level of the process and human behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (specially in excel).
- Ability to take ownership and working under minimal supervision.
- Outstanding customer services responsiveness

- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Good balance between independent and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
