We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Coordinator, US Logistics Operations to join our Logistics Operations team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

Operations at Castlery makes it all work — streamlining processes and elevating every customer touchpoint.

What you'll be doing:

  • Monitor outbound operations and ensure successful last-mile delivery to customers across the US and Canada.
  • Respond to customer delivery inquiries, including escalations from the CX team and direct outreach from customers.
  • Coordinate special delivery arrangements and resolve exceptions or delays by working closely with carriers and internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Analyze delivery data to identify root causes of issues and suggest improvements to reduce logistics costs and improve service levels.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and other tasks as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Problem-solver with the ability to dive into operational challenges using data and creative thinking.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimally 1 to 2 years logistics or supply chain operations experience.
  • Minimally 1 to 2 years of customer service experience or similar.

Other Details:

  • Working hours: 11pm-7am MYT
  • Work location: Remote
  • 1-year contract, renewable annually upon year-end review
  • Laptop will be provided
